According to Bloody Disgusting, the writers strike has failed to eclipse the full moon of Mark Romanek’s remake of The Wolfman.
The site claims that the American-born director will start shooting in London on February 8th. Like the classic 1941 original, the movie will be set in the Victorian era with Benicio del Toro playing the lycanthropic Larry Talbot and Anthony Hopkins playing his father John.
The story revolves around a man who returns to his ancestral home and is attacked by a werewolf, cursing him to transform into a creature of the night ‘when the wolfbane blooms and the Autumn moon is bright’.

In an interview with Blackfilm, rapper turned actor Ice Cube (O’Shea Jackson) has revealed that John Singleton wants him to play B.A. Baracus in his upcoming A-Team movie.
When asked what he would bring to the character, Cube replied ‘I wouldn’t try to duplicate what Mr. T did, but I will have the same impact on you when you were little watching the TV show. I’m going to bring my own flavor to it and I am going to do the mohawk.’
The A-Team was an American action adventure television series about a fictional group of ex-United States Army Special Forces who work as soldiers of fortune while being on the run from the military for a crime they didn’t commit. The show ran for five seasons on the NBC television network, from January 23, 1983 to December 30, 1986 (with one additional, previously unbroadcast episode shown on March 8, 1987), with a total of 98 episodes. The name of the show comes from A-teams, the nickname for Operational Detachments Alpha (ODA).
