A character called ‘The Adamantium Doom Machine’ over at AICN has claimed that an Iron Man/Incredible Hulk scene is in the works for one or perhaps both of their upcoming big screen outings.

Already their is speculation that this could be a ploy by Marvel to weave their franchises closer together in readiness for a potential Avengers movie,  and certainly the continuity would be more interesting than the alternative universe angle adopted for DC’s Justice League feature.

Keep your eyes on this one.

IESB reports that one of their sources has had a look at JJ Abram’s vision of the starship USS Enterprise from his upcoming movie Star Trek.

The brief description, which was apparently taken from licensing material, depicts the iconic vessel as pretty much the same as the classic NCC-1701 but with a ‘new, grittier metal texture’.

Yahoo! Movies have released online the first five minutes of The Golden Compass for you to watch.

So if you’re still debating whether or not to go and see this year’s big fantasy film, that clip will definitely give you the best impression of the movie - which opens in cinemas around the globe this Thursday/Friday - available so far.
