Universal Pictures has updated the official website for Guillermo del Toro’s sequel Hellboy II: The Golden Army with another poster/theater lobby stand.
The third image follows in the vain of those released of Liz Sherman and Abe Sapien and shows the big red man himself, Hellboy. It can be found on the site by choosing IMAGES in the main navigation on the top of the page.
The film is set to debut in cinemas July 11, 2008.

The most expensive movie of the year introduces audiences to a world far more intriguing and subtle than recent fantasy films, but suffers slightly from the rushed progression of its plot.

The software behind our X-Boards forums (including the gallery) was upgraded recently, and unbeknownst to us the permission for unregistered users to view our movie gallery has since been revoked.
This wasn’t a ploy to force readers eager for the pictures to register on our forums, but simply an oversight on our part. Since all of the staffers are automatically logged in on the boards, we simply never noticed that guests were getting an error message when trying to load the gallery.
After a couple of frustrating hours trying to uncover the cause, our technical administrator Silmarillion has now been able to fix the problem. Simply put: everyone can once again enjoy browsing our popular movie gallery for the latest imagery from upcoming film releases!

A new photo from The Dark Knight showing The Joker was published in the latest issue of Wizard magazine, and ComingSoon.net has now made it available online.
In the Christopher Nolan-directed Batman Begins sequel, opening July 18, Batman (Christian Bale) raises the stakes in his war on crime. With the help of Lieutenant Jim Gordon (Gary Oldman) and District Attorney Harvey Dent (Aaron Eckhart), Batman sets out to dismantle the remaining criminal organizations that plague the city streets. The partnership proves to be effective, but they soon find themselves prey to a reign of chaos unleashed by a rising criminal mastermind known to the terrified citizens of Gotham as The Joker.

New footage from Tim Burton’s anticipated Sweeney Todd (opening December 21) has gone online at ComingSoon.net.
The site posted six TV spots along with nine new film clips which can be accessed from this page.
The big-screen adaptation of Stephen Sondheim’s award-winning musical thriller sees Johnny Depp star as a man unjustly sent to prison who vows revenge, not only for that cruel punishment, but for the devastating consequences of what happened to his wife and daughter. When he returns to reopen his barber shop, Sweeney Todd becomes the Demon Barber of Fleet Street who ’shaved the heads of gentlemen who never thereafter were heard from again.’

All of you wondering what the new KITT will look like in NBC’s upcoming Knight Rider pilot can now find the first images of the talking car at Jalopnik. You can also view them in our movie gallery.
By the looks of it, KITT is a 550 HP Ford Shelby GT500KR Mustang. Says the site: ‘Sources with the involved companies tell us this is the real car — the actual car to be used in the show. But, because ‘it wasn’t working at the effects studio yesterday,’ someone did photoshop the red light.’
NBC’s Knight Rider will serve as the pilot for a possible TV show and is a sequel to the original series, centering on Mike Tracer (Justin Bruening), the son of Michael Knight (David Hasselhoff reprising his role).
