The AP reports that Matt Damon is prepared to reprise the role of Jason Bourne for a future sequel.
‘Personally, the character means a lot to me because the character has done so much for my career. You know, it put me in the position where I have a lot more choices of kind of movies I want to make,’ said Damon in Tokyo. ‘If Paul Greengrass, maybe years down the road, was interested in doing another one, then I would do it, too, I don’t think either of us completely put the character to bed yet.’
The first two films in the Bourne series: 2002’s The Bourne Identity and The Bourne Supremacy in 2004 raked in more than 500 million dollars globally. Read our review of The Bourne Ultimatum here.

Confirming a casting rumour that emerged last year, Variety has confirmed that Naomi Watts is in negotiations to star in Martin Campbell’s The Birds.
The movie is a ‘reimagining’ of Daphne du Maurier’s short story, which inspired the 1963 Alfred Hitchcock classic of the same name.
Michael Bay, Andrew Form and Brad Fuller will produce through their Platinum Dunes shingle, while Peter Guber and Cathy Schulman are producing for Mandalay Pictures. Apparently Universal is not looking to rush the feature into production with a possible strike looming.

Heroes creator Tim Kring has revealed that the characters briefly glimpsed in a group photo from last week’s episode, ‘The Kindness of Strangers’ will soon appear in the show.
‘We will be seeing the people … in the photo,’ Kring told SCI FI Wire. ‘I think all of them will be [played by the actors in the photo]. I just have to tell you, the photo has got a life of its own, because, logistically, it was so difficult to actually come up with this photograph that’s used now and refers to things that are shot well in the future here. It was very difficult to get that all lined up. But, yes, the photo is as accurate as we can make it.’
