According to a report on Bloody-Disgusting.com, the J.J. Abrams-produced monster movie now carries the title Wreck.
The film (directed by Matt Reeves) has been through various titles including Cloverfield, 1-18-08 and Monstrous. It has long been made apparent that the first two were simply working titles, but according to the site, Monstrous was in fact intended as the final title - until it leaked onto the internet.
It remains to be seen if the filmmakers will stick with Wreck now that this name has also been made public (presuming the information is legit). The movie is scheduled for release January 18, 2008.
