After Director Jon Favreau appeared on stage during Paramount’s Comic-Con panel to premiere a rough trailer for his Iron Man adaptation, it’s not surprising that the video has ended up on the net.
The movie certainly looks stunning with Robert Downey Jr in fine form as Tony Stark. I can’t guarantee how long the teaser footage will be online so grab it while you can.

Concept art from the Incredible Hulk has appeared online in the form of a Youtube clip captured during Comic Con this week.
The still depicts the Hulk in all his green glory, looking considerably less friendly than in the Ang Lee version.

A new, more revealing international trailer for the animated epic Beowulf has hit the net. The footage is similar to the US domestic trailer previewed at Comic Con in San Diego, but features more slightly more digital Angelina Jolie.

2008 U.S. Presidential election
I prefer Obama to McCain. Now, McCain’s better than average for a Republican. And though his ads are intellectually offensive, he’s just bowing to his campaign masters and would calm down and be more sane once in office and not campaigning. But I have a few concerns with McCain on foreign policy. He’s not a full-fledged Neocon. That’s good. He opposed Reagan on Lebanon. Good. He was critical of Bush’s initial strategy in Iraq. That’s good. But there’s a problem. He thinks the Vietnam war was winnable and that the US shouldn’t have withdrawn. He’s also eager to spread democracy with force. This just isn’t a good set of beliefs for inheriting Iraq.
