Death: The High Cost of LivingAccording to Film Ick, the acclaimed novelist and comic author Neil Gaiman (Stardust) will be helming his first movie later this year - an adaptation of his own comic mini-series Death: The High Cost of Living.

The site claims that Gaiman met with Hellboy director Guillermo del Toro over the project a few weeks ago, and that Shia LaBeouf is in the front seat to land the lead role of Sexton Furnaval. The female lead, which is that of Death (or Didi, as she calls herself in her mortal form), has apparently snagged the interest of one famous young actress in particular - an announcement on this is expected soon.

There is no news yet on who will play the Eremite or Mad Hetty.

The Impending Oil Crisis

quote I am a little leary of the situation. The truth will come out when, and if the US economy, and the dollar begins to strengthen. If prices remain high, you’ll know someone is lying. Either OPEC doesn’t have the supply they claim they have, or Analysts are incorrect when they say demand has decreased. Personally, I don’t buy the claim that demand has decreased. Population is ever increasing, so, the the demand should always be increasing. quote
