Angelina JolieAngelina Jolie’s pregnancy was one of the factors that pushed back the making of Sin City 2. Earlier this year, it was widely reported that the actress was approached by directors Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller to play the character Ava Lord, a manipulative dame to kill for that has a history with Clive Owen’s Dwight McCarthy.
