The role of Dobby has been cut from Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, reports MTV.com. The house elf was originally introduced in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (the second installment), but failed to make further appearances in the subsequent films, despite playing a minor role in some more of the books.

Toby Jones, the actor who voiced Dobby, remarked: “I know that the filmmakers have a problem with each new film because the books are getting longer — there’s so much to include in them.”

A different house elf, more malicious in nature, retains his part though: according to the same report, Kreacher, Sirius Black’s servant at Grimmauld Place, is definitely IN the film.

According to Production Weekly, Sylvester Stallone will produce, direct and star in a fourth Rambo film, based on his own script titled Rambo IV: In The Serpent’s Eye.

In the film, Stallone returns as vietnam veteran John Rambo and finds himself recruited by Christian human rights missionaries whom he has to protect against sadistic Burmese soldiers in the country of Burma. Apparently Rambo will have to assemble a team of mercenaries in the process. Production in Thailand is tentatively set to begin in January 2007.
