While the wait for the trailer continues, the Italian Eragon fansite GedweyIgnasia.com has posted three new brand new stills from the movie that were recently printed in an Italian movie magazine. The first one shows King Galbatorix (played by John Malkovich) sitting on what could be either his throne or his black dragon Shruikan, the second one is an effects-shot featuring Eragon (Ed Speleers) conjuring some magic, and the third depicts Arya (Sienna Guillory) in battle stance.

Walt Disney’s Pirates of the Caribbean 2: Dead Man’s Chest has breached the $1 billion mark in worldwide grosses. It becomes only the third film ever to reach a ten figure amount, behind James Cameron’s Titanic ($1.83bn) and Peter Jackson’s The Lord of The Rings: The Return of the King ($1.13bn). Almost half of the film’s revenue ($414 million, the sixth highest on the all-time list) has been generated in the United States, while the U.K. (with $94m) and Japan (with $78m) proved the strongest markets outside of the US. The movie has yet to open in Italy, where the final opening takes place on September 15.
I am a little leary of the situation. The truth will come out when, and if the US economy, and the dollar begins to strengthen. If prices remain high, you’ll know someone is lying. Either OPEC doesn’t have the supply they claim they have, or Analysts are incorrect when they say demand has decreased. Personally, I don’t buy the claim that demand has decreased. Population is ever increasing, so, the the demand should always be increasing.
